- 2 of garlic (cloves)
- 2 chipotle chiles (dried)
- 2 cascabel chiles (dried)
- 1 habanero chili
- 1 green pepper
- 1 pepper (red)
- 1 onion
- 1/2 soaking water water (plus fresh)
- 8 cups boiling water to mexico (new)
- 2 lbs mea
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 4 slices bacon
You may use a different variety of chiles. Be creative and experiment.
