Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 3/8 c basil vinegar
- 1/4 c cider vinegar
- 2 tb yogurt (plain)
- 2 tb romano cheese
- 1 tb black pepper (fresh ground)
- 1 tb chives (chopped)
- 1 ts tabasco sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Chill for 1-3 hours. Shake well before pouring over salad.
