- 1 egg
- 1/2 muffin
- 2 quart glass bowl
- 2 c flour
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 c sugar
- 1 oz squares
- 2 ts vanilla extract
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ds salt
out clean. Let muffins cool in pans 5 minutes, then transfer to racks to cool completely. Serve warm or cool.
