Ingredients
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 ead
- 28 oz tomatoes
- 1 lb beef (ground)
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 c onion
- 1 c celery (chopped)
- 1/2 c green pepper
- 4 oz green chili peppers
- 2 tb sugar
- 1 ts salt
- 1/2 ts garlic powder
- 1 ts marjoram (dried)
- 1 ds pepper
- 2 packages kidney beans (red)
In skillet brown ground beef and drain. In crockery cooker combine all ingredients. Cover, cook on LOW heat for 8 to 10 hours. Remove bay leaf and stir before serving. MM Waldine Van Geffen vghc42a@prodigy.com.
