- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 2 c mozzarella (grated)
- 1 c parmesan (freshly grated)
- 10 oz spinach (frozen chopped)
- 1 ts salt
- some garlic
will be quite firm and can be served in tidylooking squares.Serves 6 generously.
