- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup water (hot)
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons shortening
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
