Ingredients
- 10 1/2 ozs hc cream of garlic soup condensed (roasted)
- 2 c mixed vegetables (frozen thawed)
- 2 c turkey meat (light)
- 2 c long rice (grain white cooked)
- 1/2 c fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 c onions (chopped)
- 1/2 c fat-free cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
In a small bowl, combine soup, sour cream, lemon juice, and cumin; set aside. I n a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add turkey, vegetables, and onions. Coo k until turkey is non longer pink and vegetables are tender. Stir in soup mixtu re. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
