- 14 1/2 oz italian tomatoes (plum)
- 5/8 c bell pepper (chopped yellow)
- 4 oz green chilies
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 c coarsely celery (chopped)
- 3/8 c green bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 tb wine vinegar (red)
- 1/4 c cilantro (chopped fresh)
- 1 ts mustard seeds
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts pepper
- 1 ts coriander (ground)
on/off turns. Transfer to bowl. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Can be made two days ahead. Mix cilantro into salsa. Serve with chips. --
