Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 fish stock
- 2 c crayfish meat
- 2 c rice
- 1 1/2 c onions
- 1 c tomatoes
- 1/2 c green onion
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/2 c celery
- 3 tb flour
- 1/4 c parsley
- 1 t tomato paste
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 ts black pepper
- 1/2 ts pepper
mixture. 5. Add Tomatoes, Crayfish, Parsley and seasonings; cover and simmer 20 minutes. 6. Serve over hot rice.
