Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 biscuit baking mix
- 2 quart saucepan
- 3/4 c cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 3/8 c water
- 1/4 c cornmeal (yellow)
- 3 t milk
- 2 t chili powder
- 1 package beef-tomato freezer mix
- 1 package kernel corn (whole)
- 1 package ripe olives (sliced)
and simmer 5 minutes. Heat oven to 400'. While meat mixture is simmering, min remaining ingredients. Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls about 1/2 inch apart onto meat mixture. (The batter will bake together to form crust.) Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
