Ingredients
- 325 oven
- 4 oven safe bowls
- 3 onions
- 1 french bread
- 1 bread on (toasted)
- 4 quart saucepan over heat in butter (hot)
- 2 1/2 c water
- 8 oz swiss cheese
- 1/2 c wine (red)
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 tb all purpose flour
- 1 ts sugar
- 2 packages condensed beef broth
- 1 slice of bread from loaf (thick)
7. Place soup bowls in pan for easier handling. Bake in 425F oven for
10 minutes or just until cheese is melted.
