- 325 oven
- 4 oven safe bowls
- 3 onions
- 1 french bread
- 1 bread on (toasted)
- 3,800 ml saucepan over heat in butter (hot)
- 600 ml water
- 120 gr swiss cheese
- 120 ml wine (red)
- 55 gr butter
- 8 gr all purpose flour
- 4 gr sugar
- 2 packages condensed beef broth
- 1 slice of bread from loaf (thick)
7. Place soup bowls in pan for easier handling. Bake in 220ºC oven for
10 minutes or just until cheese is melted.
