Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 green bell peppers squares (chopped into)
- 1 onion
- 6 c water
- 2 lb ripe tomatoes
- 1 pound sal garlic until is has broken down to a paste
- 3/8 c rice (white)
- 2 tb fruity olive oil
- 1 tb tomato paste
- 2 ts sweet paprika
- 1 ts salt
- 2 tb parsley (chopped)
- 1 tb basil (chopped)
- 1/4 ts thyme (dried)
- 1 1/2 dash water (boil)
- 1 pn saffron threads
- 6 slices ths
with pepper. Serve the soup garnished with the fresh herbs and cheese.
