- 2 green bell peppers squares (chopped into)
- 1 onion
- 1,400 ml water
- 950 gr ripe tomatoes
- 250 gr sal garlic until is has broken down to a paste
- 40 gr rice (white)
- 30 ml fruity olive oil
- 18 gr tomato paste
- 5 gr sweet paprika
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr parsley (chopped)
- 2 gr basil (chopped)
- 1 gr thyme (dried)
- 1 ml water (boil)
- 1 gr saffron threads
- 6 slices ths
with pepper. Serve the soup garnished with the fresh herbs and cheese.
