- 4 c tomatoes (canned plum)
- 3 c rice (cooked)
- 1 c mild green chilies
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 3 tb worcestershire sauce
- 1 tb oregano (fresh)
- 2 ts cumin (ground)
- 1 1/2 packages beef stock (canned)
salt and pepper and serve over rice.
