- 10 tomatillos (canned)
- 3 poblano chilies (fresh)
- 1 head of garlic
- 1/2 crosswise
- 1/4 tamari
- 1 1/2 lb extra firm
- 3 c brown rice (cooked)
- 1/2 c chicken
- 1/2 c cilantro (fresh)
- 1/2 ts olive oil
