- 2 tomatoes
- 2 garlic pressed (cloves)
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup parsley (fresh)
- 1 teaspoon oregano (dried)
- 1 teaspoon basil (dried)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Keep warm. Slice zucchini with grater-slicer. Chop onion and tomatoes with food chopper. Snip parsley using kitchen cutters. Heat olive oil in stir-fry skillet. Press garlic with garlic press into skillet. Stir-fry 15 seconds. Add zucchini and onion. stir-fry 2-3 minutes, until crisp tender.
