Ingredients
- 1 bay leaf (whole)
- 15 oz tomatoes (whole)
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 12 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 pn rosemary
- 1 pn parsley
Combine all except the grated parmesan cheese. Simmer covered, 30 minutes over low heat. Add grated parmesan and simmer additional 15 minutes.
Serve over hot pasta noodles. Sprinkle more cheese on top.
