Ingredients
- 1 serve with mashed potatoes

- 1 brown the outside of the meat quickly in oil (hot)

- 1 this is one of those precious recipes that my mother used to cook
- 1/2 if desired
- 28 oz tomatoes (whole)
- 2 lb round steak
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 8 oz tomato paste (canned)
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 c onion
- 4 tb cooking oil
- 1/4 c green bell pepper
- 1 tb worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tb garlic powder
- 1/2 ts lemon juice
- 1/2 ts salt
