- 425 ml tomato sauce
- 250 gr tomato paste (canned)
- 250 gr flour
- 60 gr onion
- 60 ml cooking oil
- 34 gr green bell pepper
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 5 gr garlic powder
- 2 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
