Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 3/4 lb jicama
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 3 tb orange juice
- 2 tb mint (chopped)
- 1/2 ts chili powder
- 1/4 ts salt
- 3 slices green onions
- 1 slice cucumber
pour over the salad ingredients. 3. Sprinkle the mint over the salad, toss and chill for at least 2 hours.
