Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 140 gr jicama
- 60 ml lime juice
- 45 ml orange juice
- 2 gr mint (chopped)
- 1 gr chili powder
- 1 gr salt
- 3 slices green onions
- 1 slice cucumber
pour over the salad ingredients. 3. Sprinkle the mint over the salad, toss and chill for at least 2 hours.
