- 9 pie with crust
- 8 mins until browned (lightly)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 kahlua
- 1 1/2 c pumpkin
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c corn syrup
- 1 1/2 ts pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 packages pillsbury pie crust
with 2 T kahlua until stiff. Turn into serving bowl and drizzle 1 T kahlua on top. ----
