- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 powdered ric (toasted)
- 1 eggplant
- 2 1/2 lb pork hocks
- 2 cups broth
- 1/2 lb green beans
- 1/2 lb stewing beef
- 1/2 c achute water
- 3 tb peanut butter
- 2 tb cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons saute achute seeds in oil until oil turns (red)
- 1 tablespoon achute seeds in water
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 1 slice onion
