Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 lemon extract
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/4 c cooking oil
- 2 c flour
- 3/4 c orange juice
- 3 oz pkg lime gelatin
- 5 tb powdered sugar
- 3 tb key lime juice
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/2 ts vanilla
- 1/2 ts salt
Whipped cream & lime slices -for garnish Cake: Mix all dry ingredients. Add liquids and blend well. Cook cake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 25-30 mins. Cool for 15 min. Prick holes all over cake with fork. Glaze: Mix lime juice and powdered sugar. Drizzle over cake. Cover cake and refrigerate in pan. To serve; cut into squares and top with whipped cream and thin lime slices!
