Ingredients
- 1 1/2 long
- 1 egg (white)
- 1/2 in diameter
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 c butter
- 1 c filberts (finely chopped)
- 3/4 c brown sugar (light)
- 1 tb water
- 1/4 tb lemon juice
- 1 ts lemon rind (grated)
roll in chopped filberts. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen. ----
