- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 1 rabbit (cleaned)
- 5/8 c wine (white)
- 2 tb vinegar (white)
- 1/4 c onion
- 2 tb green bell pepper
- 2 tb green onions
- 1 tb butter
- 1 ts browning sauce
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1 tb parsley
- 1/2 ts cayenne pepper
- 1 package mushrooms
7. Bake 30 to 45 minutes longer, until rabbit is fork-tender.
