- 1 rabbit (cleaned)
- 160 ml wine (white)
- 30 ml vinegar (white)
- 30 gr onion
- 18 gr green bell pepper
- 16 gr green onions
- 14 gr butter
- 5 ml browning sauce
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr black pepper
- 2 gr parsley
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
- 1 package mushrooms
7. Bake 30 to 45 minutes longer, until rabbit is fork-tender.
