Ingredients
- 1/2 cooking time
- 3 c milk
- 12 oz luncheon meat
- 1/2 c seasond fine dry bread crumb
- 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 3 t butter
- 3 t melted butter
- 2 t dry mustard
- 3 1/2 t flour
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
Variation: 2 1/2 cups of ham, tongue, turkey, other leftover meat or other luncheon meat may be substituted for the canned luncheon-meat.
