- 200 gr luncheon meat
- 120 gr seasond fine dry bread crumb
- 110 gr sharp cheddar cheese
- 100 gr elbow macaroni
- 14 gr butter
- 14 gr melted butter
- 10 ml dry mustard
- 9 gr flour
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Variation: 2.5 cups of ham, tongue, turkey, other leftover meat or other luncheon meat may be substituted for the canned luncheon-meat.
