Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 molassas
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 cup water
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1 c butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c quaker oats
- 1 c walnuts
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1 c coconut (shredded)
- 1/2 c pitted dates
- 1/2 c currants (dried)
- 1 tb vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1 ts ginger
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts nutmeg
- 1 ts allspice
Drop by heaping teaspoons on cookie sheet. Cook 17-18 minutes at 350 degrees in oven. Cool on rack. DON'T COUNT THE CALORIES. Max NOTE: I believe the walnuts can be very, very finely chopped. ----
