Ingredients
- 10 springform (pan)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 lb cream cheese
- 3/4 c graham wafer crumbs
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3/8 c butter
- 3/8 c brown sugar
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/4 ts cardamom (ground)
open with folded tea towel and let cake stand in oven for about 1 hour. Refrigetate several hours before serving.
