Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 16 oz vegetarian refried beans
- 6 oz monterey jack (shredded)
- 6 oz pasta shells (jumbo)
- 2 1/2 oz black olives (sliced)
- 1 tb vegetable oil
- 1 tb chili powder
