Ingredients
- 4 sticks parsley (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 parmesan cheese (grated)
- 9 cups water
- 1 pound kidney beans (red)
- 10 oz beef broth
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 cups onion (chopped)
- 1 cup cabbage (chopped)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sage
- 2 slices carrots (sliced)
- 1 package tomato paste
- 1 slice zucchini (sliced)
Saute first 4 ingredients in oil until soft. Add tomato paste and next seven ingreients. Stir. Bring to a boil. Simmer 1 hour. Add all ingredients except cheese. Cook 10-15 minutes. Serve topped with grated cheese.
