Ingredients
- 9 graham cracker
- 1 crust
- 1 lb tofu
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tb lemon juice
- 1 1/2 ts vanilla
- 1/4 ts salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Put tofu, lemon juice, salt, honey, vanilla, and sugar in food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into a baked pie crust. Bake 40 minutes, Cool, then chill. Per serving: 376 cal; 10g pro, 41g carb, 21g fat (48%)
