Ingredients
- 9 graham cracker
- 1 crust
- 475 gr tofu
- 100 gr sugar
- 60 ml honey
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 22 ml lemon juice
- 7 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 190ºC . Put tofu, lemon juice, salt, honey, vanilla, and sugar in food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into a baked pie crust. Bake 40 minutes, Cool, then chill. Per serving: 376 cal; 10g pro, 41g carb, 21g fat (48%)
