Ingredients
- 2 potato (diced raw)
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 lentils washed
- 32 ounces tomato juice (canned)
- 15 ounces chickpeas (cooked)
- 1 cup carrots (diced)
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon basil (crushed)
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and s immer, covered, about 30 minutes or until lentils are tender.
