Ingredients
- 2 potato (diced raw)
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 lentils washed
- 900 ml tomato juice (canned)
- 350 gr chickpeas (cooked)
- 130 gr carrots (diced)
- 60 gr onion (diced)
- 18 gr chili powder
- 10 ml beef bouillon granules
- 1 gr basil (crushed)
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and s immer, covered, about 30 minutes or until lentils are tender.
