Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg
- 16 ounce pumpkin (canned)
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5 ounce evaporated milk
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3/8 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup nuts (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup margarine melted
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all crust ingredients. Press into bottom of 9" springform pan. Combine all cheese layer ingredients.
Pour over crust. Combine all pumpkin layer ingredients. Pour over cream cheese layer. Bake at 325~ for 1 1/2 hours or until set. Combine topping ingredients. Pour over top and put back in oven. Bake 5 to 10 minutes. 16 servings.
