Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg
- 450 gr pumpkin (canned)
- 425 ml cream cheese
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 150 gr sugar
- 140 ml evaporated milk
- 120 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 100 gr graham cracker crumbs
- 75 gr margarine
- 65 gr nuts (finely chopped)
- 55 gr margarine melted
- 4 gr ginger
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr salt
Combine all crust ingredients. Press into bottom of 23 cm springform pan. Combine all cheese layer ingredients.
Pour over crust. Combine all pumpkin layer ingredients. Pour over cream cheese layer. Bake at 160ÂșC for 1.5 hours or until set. Combine topping ingredients. Pour over top and put back in oven. Bake 5 to 10 minutes. 16 servings.
