Ingredients
- 1 shallot (chopped)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 1 c sparkling wine (white)
- 12 oz pasta according to directions (cooked)
- 7 oz crab meat
- 4 oz tomato sauce
- 3 tb butter
- 3 tb olive oil
- 1 tb tomato paste
Melt butter in oil and sautee shallot and celery until translucent. Add paste and tomato sauce. Mix well. Add flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 min. Add crab and cook for 5 more min. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot pasta.
