Ingredients
- 3 green onions
- 1 lime
- 5 c long rice (cooked grain)
- 1 c tofu
- 1 c cucumber
- 3 tb soy sauce
- 3 tb vegetable oil
- 2 tb onion
- 1 tb garlic
- 1/2 ts pepper (white)
- 1 tb cilantro leaves
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the garlic & stir-fry until both are golden. Add the rice & the tofu & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce & white pepper. Remove from heat & place in a serving dish surrounded with garnishes.
