Ingredients
- 350 degree oven
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 grand marnier
- 1 balls
- 1 3/8 c flour
- 1/2 c butter (unsalted)
- 1/4 c currant jelly (red)
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 tb poppy seeds
- 2 ts orange peel
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/4 teaspoon jelly in the centers
before transferring the cookies to wire racks. *or other orange flavored liqueur The cookies can be frozen with or without the jelly filling. ----
