Ingredients
- 30 chillies (red)
- 5 green chillies (chopped)
- 2 cube ginger
- 2 cummin (white)
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1 onion
- 2 1/2 lb pork (lean)
- 1 c vinegar
- 1 c oil
- 2 1/2 ts mustard
- 1/2 oz garlic
- 2 ts salt
- 1 ts turmeric
- some mustard
Add vinegar and salt. cover and cook on slow stove until meat is tender and oil floats to the top, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Do NOT add water! This is and oldie but a goodie.
