Ingredients
- 10 garlic (cloves)
- 6 from the source of hea baste (inches)
- 1 1/2 prawns (jumbo)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (red)
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 3/8 cup sauce to use as a baste for the prawns
- 1/4 c wine (red)
- 1 c parsley leaves (fresh)
- 1/4 c oregano leaves (fresh)
- 1/4 ts salt
Note: The sauce can also be used with beef, chicken or pork.
