Ingredients
- 10 garlic (cloves)
- 6 from the source of hea baste (inches)
- 1 1/2 prawns (jumbo)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (red)
- 120 ml olive oil
- 80 ml sauce to use as a baste for the prawns
- 60 ml wine (red)
- 26 gr parsley leaves (fresh)
- 22 gr oregano leaves (fresh)
- 1 gr salt
Note: The sauce can also be used with beef, chicken or pork.
