Ingredients
- 7 clams
- 2 garlic
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 3/8 cup rice
- 5 oz chicken
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 3/8 cup green pepper
- 2 tb instant onion (chopped)
- 1/4 ts garlic powder
Heat margarine in large skillet and lightly brown rice, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Add remaining ingredients along with 1-1/2 cups water, and mix well. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
