- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c butter
- 1 c buttermilk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract combine the cream cheese
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts water
- 1 ts vinegar
- 1 ts vanilla
- 2 ts cocoa
- 1 ts salt
confectioners' sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Beat well, or process until perfectly smooth and spreadable. You will have enough to fill and frost cake. ----
