- 1/2 cup dry wine (white)
- 1/4 cup pine nuts (toasted)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup basil (chopped fresh)
- 4 slices smoked chicken breasts (sliced)

Add the chicken, tomatoes, pine nuts, Brie cheese, asparagus tips, basil, salt and pepper; mix well. Serve immediately.
