Ingredients
- 6 scallions (chopped)
- 1 potato
- 1 beets
- 1 c green peas
- 3/4 c yogurt
- 1/2 c egg
- 1/4 c carrots
- 1/2 t cider vinegar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover, refrigerate to chill, and serve on a bed of lettuce or cabbage leaves.
